About Us
The Conejo Creek Homeowners Association is a nonprofit group consisting of all owners of 540 units within the Conejo Creek complex. The Board of Directors is elected by the Homeowners and is responsible for managing and maintaining the Conejo Creek Association.
The Homeowners Association maintains an on-site office at Conejo Creek. Office hours are as follows:
Monday, Wednesday - Friday: 7:30AM-4:00PM
Tuesday: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
If you find that there is no one present in the office during hours, please call 805-499-7291. The manager is usually in the neighborhood attending to other issues. The manager will return your call as soon as they return. Or if you wish to speak to some one immediately, please call (805) 658-6222.
